Monthly Preventative Maintenance for Car Washes
Preferred Customer- are customers who purchase their parts, soaps, waxes.
Standard Customer- are customers who do not purchase their supplies from us on a regular basis or do not have a preventative maintenance, cost per wash agreement.
P.M. Service- Includes preventative maintenance inspections and service (excludes all parts)
*Emergency is defined, as the car wash equipment is broken down or unable to wash vehicles at all. All emergency service calls will be charged emergency rates and exclude “nuisance” calls.
**Nuisance calls are defined as the following: The machine is operating satisfactory when the technician arrives; the main power switch or circuit breaker is found off; the main water valve is found off; debris under treadle plate; debris in the bridge of the unit; water softener regenerating during the day. Causing low water pressure; water softener time unplugged; this unit will not have freeze up problems due to the heat & weep system; summertime irrigation controls not set properly causing low water pressure; ticket printer unplugged; ticket printer out of paper or paper roll installed improperly. “Emergency” is defined as the car wash equipment broken-down or unable to wash vehicles at all.
(The main high-pressure pump and motor are excluded after the five-year part warranty period.)
Air Compressor- Includes routine maintenance parts and labor except for complete compressor, defined as the following; irreparable, cracked head casting, irreparable hole in the tank; electric motor failure, piston and/or rod failure, specifically motor controls. The air compressor portion of this agreement commences upon expiration of manufacturer’s warranty period.
BAY CLEANING
Monthly Bay Cleaning Fee: $195.00 per site
This includes all items above. With the initial cleaning, you will actually receive 13 cleanings in a one-year period.
Quarterly Bay cleaning Fee: $295.00 per site
This includes all items above. With the initial cleaning, you will actually receive 5 cleanings in a one-year period.
Bi- Annual Bay Cleaning Fee: $495.00 per site
This includes all items above. With the initial cleaning, you will actually receive 3 cleanings in a one-year period.
Annual Bay Cleaning Fee: $695.00 per site
This includes all items above. With the initial cleaning, you will actually receive 2 cleanings in a one-year period.
If you choose to stay with the monthly or quarterly program for more than one year the initial one time cleaning fee will be omitted and you will be given one (1) cleaning site at no charge at the beginning of the second year.
P.M. Price (option #1) – excludes all parts
$195.00 per month (one visit per month) + $65.00 with reclaim
$295.00 per month (two visits per month) + $65.00 with reclaim
Cost Per Car
Cost per Wash Price (option #2)-
$0.55 per wash (New machines to 1 year old)-complete maintenance**
$0.65 per wash- chemicals (include triple foam)
$0.65 per wash (units over 1 year)-complete maintenance**
$0.65 per wash- chemicals (include triple foam)
** Complete Maintenance excludes the following:
- Vehicle strikes
- Damage due from acts of nature (lightening strikes, floods, etc. . .)
- Store personnel tampering (intentionally or not)
- Nuisance calls (no keys, debris under treadle, power shut off, no problem found with wash, etc. . .)
- Improper resets
- Plumbing, Electrical or Equipment room repairs
- Vandalism- store personnel or customers
- Any parts not originally purchased (compressor, doors etc. . .)
- Cat or General Pump (manufactures warranty applies)
** Complete Maintenance includes the following:
- Preventative Maintenance checks
- One preventative maintenance check if cost per car count is under 1,500 washes per month
- Two preventative maintenance checks if cost per car count is over 1,500 washes per month
Terms
One (1) year from date of agreement for all washes.
Routine Maintenance Specifications- Routine maintenance will be preformed and a detailed maintenance sheet will be provided with billing invoice.

Emergency Calls Rates: All emergency or equipment failure calls received after hours, weekends, or on holidays will be charged time and half.
Response Times
Emergency Service: Location visit within 50 miles of service center in 4 hours or less, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
Non-Emergency Service: Call back to customer within 2 hours. Location visit within 50 miles of service center in 24 hours or less, 5 days a week.
